It was my first time doing Hot Yoga and I absolutely loved it! It was amazing. Challenging but amazing! :)
Power yoga isn't always my jam (and the idea of group breath drives me up a wall... but I guess that's why I need yoga), but I really appreciate the atmosphere at this little studio. Plus, their prices to rent mats or towels are way better, like 1/5 the price, than other studios in the area. The two teachers I've taken classes from so far are extremely competent and well versed. I'm really grateful for a whole month of free unlimited yoga, especially coming up on the stressful holidays.

I loved it. The people were kind and the instructor was amazing. It really felt like a community. I'll be purchasing more classes after my gift runs out. So glad you guys helped me stumble across this place.
I enjoyed the first class I attended and will be going back.
