The Metrowest Academy of Jiu Jitsu was founded by Head Instructor Paul DiRienzo in August of 2007. DiRienzo opened the academy so that he could do what he loved most: teach, train and pass on the long tradition of the martial arts. The Metrowest Academy specializes in teaching real world self-defense to students of all ages. We believe with the right attitude and right instruction anyone can learn to defend themselves - and even better - know themselves in the process.
