Upward Spiral was such an awesome experience. As a 27 year old I was surprised at how many middle aged people are doing Pilates. I was even more surprised by how comparatively bad I was at it. Having previously been a division I athlete it did not occur to me that I had a weak core. After a month of Pilates I feel much stronger, centered, and in better posture. Even though my gift has expired I will definitely recommend to family & friends, as well as pop in for class.

Really great instructor
Very personable experience working with the teachers at Upward Spiral Studio.
The teacher was knowledgeable and helpful, giving me personal attention to address some of my pre-existing physical issues. As a beginner, I had an invigorating, fun time learning Pilates!
I am so glad that I received a nift card! I would probably never have found upward spiral studio. I loved the class, look forward to taking more, and will support the business when my free month is up
