I had a great first experience with this company. I've had a few pairs of shoes that are well-loved (and worn) favorites that I've been reluctant to trust to others. Both came back in wonderful condition and the pricing seems very reasonable (to my inexperienced knowledge, at least). Both gentlemen were very helpful and kind.
