Los Chamos was created as an idea to bring the authentic Venezuelan atmosphere and tradition to many people around the Boston area. Our family is known for its cooking tradition throughout the years. Many have asked us to open a restaurant where Mama Doris could share her extraordinary flavor. During one of our many family gatherings the idea of building a business from the ground up intensified.

The waitress described Venezualan dishes to us when we told her it was our first time there. I asked her for her recommendations and we went with those. There were excellent. I plan to go there again. Service was excellent and the food was delicious.
