I had an incredible experience at Zone5 Fitness! Jason was a fantastic instructor and the HIIT style class left me feeling like I had just completed a challenging and invigorating workout which was just what I was looking for. The class included a mix of erg, weighted lunges, medicine balls, and variations of many other equipement. Overall, I had a great experience!
